The Sanctuary |

| Essentially unchanged from its original design, the focal point of the Saint Rita Church is the sanctuary with its high marble altar boasting a gray-white statue of the saint of Cascia in a posture of elevation rising above the tabernacle and crucifix, and surrounded by angels standing guard, cherubs and the Christian virtues. Four medallions depicting Saints Augustine, Monica, Nicholas of Tolentine and Our Mother of Good Counsel encircle the altar. |  |
