Love Never Ends.
Neither Do Our Prayers.

2026 All Souls Novena

Remembering Those We Love Through Prayer

Love does not end when a life on earth comes to an end. It lives on in the memories we cherish, the faith we share, and the prayers we offer for those who have gone before us. As Catholics, we believe that death is not the end of our journey, but a passage toward eternal life with God. Through the beautiful tradition of the All Souls Novena, we come together for nine days of prayer, remembering our beloved departed and entrusting their souls to God's infinite mercy. Whether we remember a parent who taught us to pray, a grandparent whose love shaped our childhood, a spouse whose presence we still miss, a child forever held in our hearts, or a dear friend whose memory continues to bring us comfort, our prayers are a precious gift of love that reaches beyond this earthly life.

This All Souls Novena, we invite you to honor someone special by submitting the names of your departed loved ones to be remembered in our prayers. You may also make a memorial donation in their honor, helping to support the prayerful mission of our Shrine and allowing their memory to become a blessing for others. Your offering is a beautiful act of generosity, while your prayers remain a powerful expression of faith, hope, and love. Together, let us keep their memories alive, lift their souls in prayer, and place our trust in Christ, who promises us the gift of eternal life.

Remember Their Names. Honor Their Lives. Pray for Their Souls.

Saint Nicholas of Tolentine:
A Saint Who Never Forgot the Souls in Purgatory

Saint Nicholas was one of the three patron saints whom Rita held close to her heart, together with Saint Augustine and Saint John the Baptist. The spiritual connection between Saint Nicholas and Saint Rita reminds us of a profound truth: love does not surrender to suffering, and prayer does not end at the grave.

Saint Nicholas teaches us to remember the souls who still need our prayers. Saint Rita teaches us to persevere in faith, even through grief, loss, and seemingly impossible circumstances. Together, their lives reveal the beauty of the Communion of Saints, in which the faithful on earth remain united in Christ with those who have gone before us.

A Lasting Tribute of Love & Remembrance

"In spirit, I will visit the graves of my loved ones... and I will also pray for those who have no one to remember them, but our heavenly Father knows and loves each of us, and He forgets no one!"

- Pope Leo XIV
